Who we are

Comic Workspace is a pre-launch manga & webtoon localization studio. This website is an informational pre-launch site only. We do not run user accounts, collect emails through forms, or sign users up for a product on this site. The studio product itself is in closed beta and is governed by a separate agreement when you are invited.

What data we collect

We aim to collect as little data as possible. On this site we only store:

• Functional cookies — your language preference and theme preference (dark / light / auto). These are stored on your device only.
• Cookie consent — a single value remembering your cookie banner choice so we do not nag you on every page.
• Privacy-first analytics — aggregated, cookieless page-view counts via Cloudflare Web Analytics. No personally identifiable information, no cross-site tracking, no third-party advertising identifiers.

We do not run third-party marketing pixels, retargeting tags, social plugins, or session replay. We do not sell or share data with advertisers.

Why we collect it

Functional cookies are strictly necessary to remember your language and theme between visits. Anonymous analytics are used to understand which content is useful so we can improve the site. Our legal basis under the GDPR is legitimate interest for analytics (no personal data is processed) and necessity for functional cookies.

How long we keep it

• Language and theme cookies: up to 12 months from your last visit.
• Cookie consent value: up to 12 months, after which we ask again.
• Analytics data: stored in aggregate only and contains no personal data.

Your rights

Under GDPR, CCPA, and Thailand's PDPA, you have the right to access, correct, delete, port, and object to processing of your personal data. Email us to exercise any of these rights.

• Right of access — ask what we hold about you.
• Right to rectification — correct inaccurate data.
• Right to erasure — ask us to delete your data.
• Right to data portability — receive your data in a portable format.
• Right to object — object to any processing based on legitimate interest.
• Right to withdraw consent — revoke previously granted consent at any time via the cookie preferences link in the footer.

To exercise any right, email legal@comic-workspace.com. We respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in the EU/EEA), the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand (PDPA), or your relevant US state authority (CCPA / CPRA).

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves out of beta. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on the site for at least 30 days before they take effect.
